Carrier and Infused Oils

Grapeseed, Hemp Seed, Mustard, Comfrey, Calendula, Avocado, St John’s Wort, Arnica and Castor oils.

Essential Oils and Vitamin E

Frankincense, Coriander Seed, Celery Seed, Black Pepper, Basil, Lemongrass, Chamomile Blue, Ginger, Helichrysum, Bay Leaf, Blue Tansy and Petitgrain essential oils, with Vitamin E.

Directions for Use

1. Apply a small amount to the area to be massaged.
2. Massage gently using comfortable circular movements for approximately 5–10 minutes.
3. Allow the oil to remain on the skin and use as part of your regular joint and muscle massage routine.
4. Wash hands after use and avoid transferring the oil to the eyes.
